The dust is finally beginning to settle here at the Jerusalem Engine Repair Company. The word is out on the grand re-opening, and the phone hasn't stopped ringing all morning. I must admit I had my doubts about pursuing this project, but the reception has been very encouraging.
Today's essay is about the Vietnamesque way we used to cook hotdogs when I was a kid growing up in Ohio in the 1970s. What I wouldn't give for just one more electrocuted hotdog after Friday night youth service.
